Immediate opening: punch press operator (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a punch press operator in Kinney County, Texas. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Rotating shifts.
