Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Bulloch County, Georgia. You will work in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends.
