Quality control inspector — Caldwell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Caldwell County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
