Semi-automatic welder wanted in Pike County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Pike County, Arkansas. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. The role involves weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Performance bonus on top of base pay.
