Immediate opening: we are hiring a steam press operator in Washington County, Idaho. The job is at a dry cleaner's. Day to day you will operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
