Shuttering fixer wanted in Yunusari

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Yunusari, Yobe State. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts On a typical shift you will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
