Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Worth County, Iowa. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. The role involves assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured. Ideal candidate: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
