We are recruiting: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Cleburne County, Arkansas. The job is on a high-rise façade. You should have: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Working-at-height certificate an advantage You will torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness.
