Banksman wanted in McDonough County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banksman in McDonough County, Illinois. The job is in a steel fabrication yard. You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Day-to-day duties: • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks Part-time with flexible hours.
