Structural MIG welder wanted in Delta County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Delta County, Michigan. On the job you will handle: • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
