We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Maui County, Hawaii. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
