Head baker • Bichi, Kano State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Bichi, Kano State. On the job you will handle: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
