Dough maker — Ishielu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Ishielu, Ebonyi State. On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. ₦105,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
