Steward — Montgomery County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Montgomery County, North Carolina. You will be based at a banquet hall. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Part-time with flexible hours.
