We are recruiting: surface coating operator (New Jersey)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Union County, New Jersey. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Six days a week, one day off.
