Powder coating line operator wanted in Schuylkill County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. You will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience.
