Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Oju, Benue State. Your main tasks: • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
