Cook wanted in Dearborn County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Dearborn County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time, day shift.
