PVC window installer — Sullivan County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC window installer in Sullivan County, New York. The job is on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Your main tasks: • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
