Powder coating sprayer — Nelson County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Nelson County, Kentucky. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
