Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Cayuga County, New York. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
