Single needle operator • Patrick County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a single needle operator in Patrick County, Virginia. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. You will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. What we are looking for: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
