Pot washer — Johnson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Johnson County, Wyoming. You will work in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Performance bonus on top of base pay.
