Immediate opening: bricklayer (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bricklayer in Sefton, England. You will be based on a commercial construction site. On the job you will handle: • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings Requirements: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
