Tandoor cook — Kudan

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Kudan, Kaduna State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time with occasional weekends.
