On a typical shift you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests. You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
