Finish carpenter — Greene County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a finish carpenter in Greene County, New York. You will be based on a busy construction site. Requirements: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Own basic hand tools The role involves: • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
