Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Day to day you will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
