JCB operator — Cheboygan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a JCB operator in Cheboygan County, Michigan. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. You should have: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones Day-to-day duties: • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
