Now hiring: we are hiring a precision welder in Stone County, Missouri. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. The role involves read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. You should have: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
