Captain waiter — Anderson County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Anderson County, Tennessee. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
