Trainee butcher wanted in Texas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Texas County, Missouri. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Full-time, day shift.
