The role involves: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
