Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Larue County, Kentucky. On the job you will handle: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
