Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens The role involves weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
