Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Logan County, Arkansas. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Rotating shifts.
