We are recruiting: we are hiring an auto painter in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. The job is in an automotive paint and panel workshop. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending Day to day you will mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
