Quality control inspector wanted in Iron County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Iron County, Michigan. The job is at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. The role involves: • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line What we are looking for: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
