Scullery hand • Greene County, Missouri

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Greene County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
