We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Lawrence County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
