Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels The role involves: • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
