We are recruiting: toolroom milling operator (Iowa)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Winnebago County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
