Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Carroll County, Maryland. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass.
