Concrete pump mate wanted in Los Angeles County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Los Angeles County, California. On the job you will handle: • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
