Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Fulton County, Ohio. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
