Café server • Lewis County, Tennessee

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a café server in Lewis County, Tennessee. You will be based in a five-star hotel. Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers.
