Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Oru West, Imo State. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
