We are recruiting: we are hiring a groundworker in Colorado County, Texas. You will be based on a residential housing site. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Able to follow the mason's and supervisor's instructions Your main tasks: • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations Six days a week, one day off.
