AC mechanic — Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Monroe County, Iowa. The role involves: • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit Requirements: • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Can read electrical and piping schematics Full-time, day shift.
