Automotive technician — Grant County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an automotive technician in Grant County, Oregon. You will work on the workshop ramps. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out oil and filter changes • Carry out suspension and steering repairs • Read fault codes and clear them after the repair • Road-test vehicles to confirm the repair • Check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid • Recharge and service the air-conditioning system You should have: • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Comfortable working in inspection pits and on ramps Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
